摘 要:新疆下坂地水库位于帕米尔高原腹地,受古冰川及新冰川活动频繁影响,河床下有150 m的深厚覆盖层,工程性质差,会产生渗漏及渗透破坏问题。水库防渗采用上防渗墙、下部防渗帷幕的方式全断面截断覆盖层,坝下游9 km失水河段因河床比降大,河水对地下水补给量大幅减少后,可能会引起该河段地下水位大幅下降,致使坝基防渗幕、墙承受过高水头引起破坏是该水库较为独特的水文地质问题。分析及预测工程蓄水后坝后地下水位变化,对保证大坝防渗体系运行安全十分重要。Xiabandi reservoir is located in the hinterland of the Pamirs. Affected frequently by ancient glaciers and the new glacial activities, there is one hundred and fifty metres' thick cover under the riverbed. This means that the engineering properties are poor. It probably causes leakage and infiltration and sabotage problems. Reservoir seepage control is by using the ways of impervious wall in the upper part and impervious curtain in the lower part to cut off full-face covering. The large riverbed gradient and river water to groundwater recharge decreases sharply whether will cause 9km water loss river's groundwater level to fall sharply or not. Groundwater level to fall sharply forms high water pressure which will destroy the impervious wall and curtain of the dam foundation. This kind of damage is the unique hydrogeological problem of this reservoir. Therefore, analysis and forecast of the changes in groundwater level behind the dam after impoundment is very important to the safe operation of the dam seepage system.
