摘 要:砂卵石层钻探与软岩取芯是工程地质勘察常遇到的技术难题之一,尤其是在长江及其支流河床部位砂卵石厚一般达数十米,大者可达上百米乃至数百米,加之物质组成与结构特殊,钻进过程中孔壁易垮塌卡钻或埋钻,导致钻探难度大、周期长、成本高。结合江陵长江穿越工程实践,探讨深厚砂卵石层钻探与半成岩取芯等问题,尝试采用新型加强型复合片钻头与自主研发专用取样器,较成功地解决了深厚砂卵石层钻进困难与半成岩取样不易之钻探技术难题,不仅为本工程勘察设计提供了重要技术支撑,同时也为类似条件下其它工程钻探积累了宝贵经验。The technique of drilling in sand-gravel layer and coring in soft rock is one of the common difficulties in engineering geological investigation. Especially the area along the Yangtze River and its tributaries, the sand-gravel layers in their riverbed are generally up to tens of meters thick, and the thicker ones can reach a hundred meters or even hundreds of meters ,moreover ,combined with its special composition and structure, causes the hole wall collapse easily in the process of drilling ,which lead to the drill bit be jammed and buried ,resulting in the huge drilling difficulty,long cycle and high cost. Based on the practice of Jiangling crossing engineering under the Yangtze River,the problems, drilling in deep and thick sand-gravel layer and coring in half-diagenetic rock, are discussed in the paper, the authors try to use new-type reinforced composite drill bit and dedicated sampler with independent research and development, which successfully solve the drilling and coring difficulties mentioned above. It not only provides an important technical support for this engineering survey and design, but also accumulates valuable experiences for other drillings under the similar condition.
