摘　　要：本文分析了新形势下大学生党员在入党动机、对待党的理论知识学习、党性和先锋作用发挥等方面的现状。并剖析了问题存在的原因,在此基础上提出加强政治理论学习与实践、严格党员发展程序、强化党员教育管理、发挥高校"两课"教师优势等措施以加大对大学生党员教育的力度。This paper analyzed the present situation of university student Party members＂ ideology such as their motivations of joining our Party,their attitude towards political theory learning,and how well they play their vanguard and example roles. It also discussed the influencing factors,and then put forward some measures to strengthen their ideological education,which include strengthening their study and practice of political theories,making the membership harder,enhancing the education and management of Party members, and asking the teachers of ＂two courses＂ to play more important roles.
