摘　　要：本文通过对高校中学术管理活动的分析及其特性的阐述,如自主性、专业性、自由性、松散性,和以专业知识为基础等,进一步研究了其在我国高校教育管理体系中所体现出来的特点及其在今后发展中的路径。Through analyzing college academic management activities and explaining their characteristics,such as autonomy, professionalism, freedom, looseness, and being based on professional knowledge, this paper attempted to further study their role and development trend in China＇s college education management system.
