摘　　要：目的探讨乙二胺四乙酸盐(EDTA-K2)对肝素钠抗凝后血小板聚集的影响。方法对38名血小板数量正常的体检者抽取静脉血标本,分别使用EDTA-K2、肝素钠抗凝20min、肝素钠抗凝20 min加入EDTA-K2、肝素钠抗凝60 min加入EDTA—K2的抗凝标本,进行计数及血涂片瑞氏染色观察。结果肝素钠抗凝静脉血血小板计数结果为(93.7±32.18)×109/L;EDTA-K2抗凝血血小板计数结果为(210±58.39)×109/L。组间差异有统计学意义(t=16.74,P<0.001)。肝素钠抗凝静脉血静置20min后加入EDTA-K2抗凝剂结果为(212.05±60.20)×109/L;与EDTA-K2抗凝血结果 (210±58.39)×109/L比较,组间差异无统计学意义(t=1.844,P>0.05)。肝素钠抗凝静脉血静置60 min后加入EDTA-K2抗凝剂结果为(56.74±15.33)×109/L,与EDTA-K2抗凝血结果 (210±58.39)×109/L比较,组间差异有统计学意义(t=22.88,P<0.001)。结论 EDTA-K2钙离子螯合剂可可逆性地使初发聚集的血小板解聚。Abstrat： Objective To explore the effect of EDTA-K2 on platelet aggregation after heparin anticoagulation. Methods Using 38 volunteers venous blood as samples, which blood platelet counts were normal. The EDTA-K2 and heparin sodium anticoagulant were added into those blood samples for 20 minutes; after that, EDTA-K2 was added into the heparin sodium anticoagulant in 20 minutes and 60 minutes, respectively; and finally, platelet count and Wright-Giemsa stain were conducted for above-mentioned samples. Results The counting result of platelet in heparin anticoagulated blood was （93.7±32.18）×10^9/L. The counting result of platelet in EDTA-K2 anticoagulant blood was（210±58.39）×10^9/L There was significant difference between the groups （t=16.74, P〈 0.001）. The result of adding EDTA-K2 after 20 minutes was （212.05±60.20）×10^9/L Compared with the result of EDTA-K2 anticoagulant（210±58.39）×10^9/L, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （t=1.844, P〉0.05）. The platelet result of adding EDTA-K2 after 60 minutes was （56.74±15.33）×10^9/L. Compared with the result of EDTA-K2 anticoagulant （210± 58.39）×10^9/L, there was significant difference between the groups （t=22.88, P〈0.001）.
