摘  要:北京作为全国政治、文化中心,已明确提出打造中国特色世界城市的目标。北京建设世界城市,面临人口快速增长、土地资源供给紧张、水资源匮乏、能源短缺、环境污染、生态退化等地质问题。京津冀城市群的构想,有助于解决北京地区土地资源供给紧张、地下水资源和日益严重的生态地质环境等问题。北京建设世界城市对地质工作提出了更高的战略要求,需要主动超前研究和解决在快速发展过程中出现的地质问题。该文从北京建设世界城市的视角,在借鉴各有关成果的基础上,提出与世界城市相适宜的调查评价体系、专群相结合的监测预警体系、综合治理体系和多元服务体系,为城市可持续发展保驾护航。Beijing as a national political and cultural center, it is put forward clearly the aim that build-ing Beijing to be a Chinese characteristic world city. Facing with problems of rapid population growth, short-supply land resources, water deficiency, energy shortage, environment pollution, ecological degra-dation in Beijing, Jing-Jin-Ji city cluster conception will contribute to solve problems for short-supply land resources, groundwater resources, and increasingly serious ecological and geological environment. Build- ing world city in Beijing presents high-level strategic request, and it is active and advanced for studing and solving geological problems which emerge during the rapid development. Based on the relative re- sults, this paper points out investigation and evaluation system which is suitable for building world city, monitoring and warning system which combines the specific organs with the mass, comprehensive admin- istration systems and multiple service systems, in order to urban sustainable development from the view of building Beijing to be a world city.
