摘　　要：主要介绍了ABB AC500系列PLC与ACS850系列变频器之间通过Profinet现场总线进行通讯,PLC控制变频器的启动、停止井且可以读取变频器的状态字和实际速度值。详细说明了PLC的硬件组态和控制程序编写以及变频器的参数设置。系统操作简单,运行稳定、可靠,具有一定的实际意义。This paper mainly introduces the communication between ABB AC500 series PLC and ACS850 series inverter via Profinet field bus, the PLC controls inverter start, stop, and can read the drive status word and actual speed value.Detailed description of the PLC hardware configuration and control procedures for the preparation and the inverter parameter settings. System operation is simple, stable, reliable and has a certain practical significance.
