摘　　要：文章在总结中国热带农业科学院成功实施援外培训项目的经验的基础上,对实施管理过程中存在的问题进行简单分析,并提出一些建议:一是加强内部管理制度建设,实施规范管理;二是加强后续管理,促进对外交流与合作;三是加强管理队伍建设,提高管理水平;以进一步提高热科院援外培训项目管理水平,实施规范管理,服务于国家外交大局。Based on the summary of the successful experience of China＇s foreign aid training project of Chinese academy of tropical agricultural sciences （ CATAS）, this paper simply analyzed the problems in the process of project implement and management, then put forward some suggestions in order to improve the management level of CATAS, which included strengthening internal system construction, enhancing the follow-up management after training, and promoting the capacity building of management team.
