摘　　要：目的:分析黑龙江省伊春地区毛节缬草挥发油的主要化学成分及镇静作用。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从毛节缬草的根及根茎中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分离鉴定;采用行为学测试观察其镇静作用。结果:分离出67个峰,其中鉴定了34个成分,占挥发油色谱峰面积的91.12%,挥发油成分具有镇静作用。结论:为毛节缬草开发利用提供科学依据。Objective：To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil and sedative effects from Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky. in Yichun Area, Heilongjiang Province. Methods：The essential oil was extracted from Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky. by steam distillation~ the spontaneous activities of mice were determined using spontaneous activity tester. Resul ts：Sixty-seven kinds of components were separated. Among them, thirty-four components were identified, accounting 91.12 % of the total essential oil which have sedative effects. Conclusions：This research provided scientific basis for the development of Valeriana alternifolia Bunge var. stolonifera Bar. et Sky.
