摘　　要：综述了利巴韦林药物简介、抗病毒作用机制、国内外临床应用、违规应用、毒性及潜在危害、药物滥用原因、代谢规律与检测难度等内容,比较了利巴韦林的国内外临床应用差别,提出了利巴韦林谨慎用药方案和解决畜禽养殖过程中滥用利巴韦林问题的建议。This paper reviewed the introductions of ribavirin, antiviral activity mechanism, clinical applications at home and abroad, illegal veterinary applications, toxicity and potential hazards, reasons of drug abuse,metabolism rules and the difficulty of detection, etc. This paper also compares the difference of ribavirin clinical applications at home and that abroad, and put forward some advice such as cautious medication, solving the problem of ribavirin abuse in livestock and poultry breeding process.
