摘 要:对人工养殖宽体金线蛭池塘的池水、浮游和底栖生物进行采样,分析池塘的水质、生物组成和数量,探究幼蛭培育、苗种投放和饲养的最优方法,并提出池塘的构建条件和养殖管理措施.结果表明:(1)水蛭养殖池塘的pH、含盐量和碱度均需符合水产养殖水质的标准;(2)在数量上,池塘中的浮游植物以蓝藻为主,浮游动物以原生动物为主,底栖动物以腹足类为主;(3)幼龄水蛭快速生长期为5~15 d;(4)2龄水蛭在收获期的体长达到投放初期体长的3倍,体重达到4倍以上;(5)设置泥土平台、水面种植水葫芦等措施可以促进水蛭生长.In order to analyze the water quality, biological composition and quantity of the pond, which was used to artificially cultivate Whitmania pigra, the water, plankton and benthos were sampled separately. At the same time, several methods of young leech cultivation, seed placement and feeding were summarized. Furthermore, the construction conditions of pond and management measures of leech were proposed. The results showed that: (1) The water quality, including pH, salinity and alkalinity, was consistent with the aquiculture standard; (2) The major phytoplankton was cyanophytes in quantity, the most part of zooplankton was protozoa, and gastropods were the major part of benthos; (3) The rapid growth period of young leech was from 5 to 15 d; (4) Compared with the initial stage of placement, the body length of 2 age leech increased 3-fold, and the weight was 4 times as great as the initial weight; (4) The placement of soil plat platform and the planting of hyacinth can promote the leech growth.
