摘  要:针对汽轮机组流量特性存在的问题,对汽轮机喷嘴配汽方式下阀门重叠度的影响进行了研究。通过理论计算与仿真实验相结合的方法,确定某600MW汽轮机组给定重叠度下阀门联合流量特性,分析了重叠度对调节级效率及级后压力的影响,探讨了调节阀重叠度的合理选取,并针对定压运行方式提出一种调节级效率快速建模方法,为喷嘴配汽方式汽轮机组运行优化提供指导。To solve the problems existing in flow characteristics of steam turbine unit, the influence of valve overlapping degree of nozzle governing steam turbine was studied. The combined flow characteristics of a 600 MW steam turbine unit were obtained under given valve overlapping degree by the method of theoretical calculation in combination with simulation test, and the influence of valve overlapping degree on the governing stage efficiency and pressure were analyzed also. Simultaneously, a discussion was made on the selection of rational valve overlapping degree, together with an introduction performed to the method of building model for governing stage efficiency of steam turbines at constant pressure. This may serve as a reference for operation optimization of nozzle governing steam turbines
