摘  要:AP1000是二环路的1 000MW级压水堆三代核电厂,采用非能动安全设施,与传统的二代压水堆核电技术相比,反应堆压力容器(RPV)本体特征和核岛内的就位要求均有较大的改进性变化。根据AP1000RPV自身的特点,并在实践的基础上,对RPV的现场安装技术,包括安装准备、现场运输和吊装、核岛安装等进行了介绍和分析,为核电站核蒸汽供应系统主设备的现场运输、吊装和安装提供技术参考。AP1000 nuclear power plant is a 3rd generation advanced passive 1 000 MW pressurized water reactor power plant with two loops of reactor coolant systems. Compared with the conventional 2nd generation pressurized water reactor technology, the reactor pressure vessel (RPV) of AP1000 has many positive changes concerning RPV property features and arrangement requirements for facilities within the nuclear island. Based on these positive changes and relevant installation practices, the installation technology of AP1000 RPV has been introduced and analyzed including installation preparation, onsite transportation & lifting, and installation construction, etc., with a view to provide a technical reference to the installation of main equipment in steam supply system of nuclear power plants.
