摘 要:针对钢球磨煤机耗电量较多、负荷低时磨制煤量余量较大、启停不合理等情况,从磨煤机料位控制、钢球装载量、启停方式及不同磨煤机运行组合等方面提出了优化措施。实践表明:这些措施效果明显,制粉单耗降低2.3kW·h/t,厂用电率降低0.12%。Aiming at the situations of steel ball mill, i.e. high energy consumption, great surplus of pulverized coal quantity at a low load, unreasonable start-up and shut-down mode, etc., optimizing measures were put forward from aspects of material level control of coal mill, loading capacity of steel ball, start-up and shut-down modes and operation combination of different coal mills, etc. Practices indicate that these measures have obvious effects, which help to reduce the unit consumption of coal pulverization by 2.3 kW.h/t and the rate of house power by 0.12%.
