摘  要:分布式自动化生产线控制系统中通常会采用工业组态软件开发上位机系统,PLC作为下层控制设备。但是,随着工业以太网的兴起,相较于组态软件,高级编程语言更加适合开发具有实时响应、功能丰富、扩展方便、灵活性好等技术需求的上位机系统。为此,需要寻找一种方法使得采用高级编程语言开发的上位机系统能够运用工业以太网与PLC进行数据通信。文章针对工业以太网技术,以西门子S7-300PLC为底层控制装置,论述了两种上位机系统与PLC实现以太网通信的方法:一种是通过调用PRODAVE软件函数库实现数据交互;另一种是运用PLC内部的FB功能块实现以太网开放式通信。通过对实验、现场运行情况的分析与比较,调用PRODAVE软件函数库方法适合在中小型分布式系统中使用,以太网开放式通信方法更加适合大型分布式系统。In the distributed automation production line, the traditional industry configuration software is used to develop host computer system and PLC is used to be the lower control equipment. However, with the rise of industrial Ethernet, compared to the configuration software, the high-level programming language is more suitable for developing the host computer control system with rich features, easy expansion, good flexibility and real-time response. So, a method should be found to make the host computer system developed by high-level programming language be capable of using industrial Ethernet to communicate with PLC. Based on the industry Ethernet distributed automation control system, this paper presents two methods that use the software PEODAVE and open Ethernet to realize the data communication between the host computer system which is programmed by level language and PLC. Through the analysis and comparison of experiments and field operation, software PRODAVE is suitable for small and medium distributed systems, and Ether- net open communication is more suitable for large distributed systems.
