摘  要:为更好地探索检验种子纯度的方法,采用分子标记技术对安单3号杂交种纯度进行分析,并与传统田间鉴定技术进行比较,筛选易于统计的核心引物。结果表明:104株安单3号玉米杂交种,P1-bnlg439、P12-phi299852、P17-phi065、P18-bnlg11914对引物共检测出6个异型带,鉴定样品的纯度为94.23%,海南田间鉴定结果为96.18%。2种鉴定方法结果基本吻合,其中分子标记技术SSR具有不受季节、区域和种植条件的限制,耗时短,省去种植周期工序的特点,实为一种操作简便、快速、可靠的方法。To preferably explore the identification methods of grain purity, molecular marker technology was applied to analyze the purity of maize hybrid Andan 3, and it was compared with traditional field identification to screen core primers easy for statistics. Results: Four easy-to-count SSR primers were selected by SSR technology, six shaped belts were identified in 104 Andan 3 corn hybrids, the purity of samples was 94.23~, and Hainan field test result was 96. 18%. Results were basically consistent with each other, and SSR had advantages with subjecting to seasonal, regional and planting conditions, consuming short, eliminating the planting cycle process. In fact, it was a simple, rapid and reliable method.
