摘　　要：农业科技创新风险投资中介机构是在风险投资中介机构以及科技中介机构的基础上发展起来的,完善的中介机构体系是实现农业科技企业(项目)与风险投资成功对接的关键。为建立和完善农业科技创新风险投资中介机构提供参考,在分类总结农业科技风险投资中介机构发展现状及职能的基础上,分析了中介机构在服务内容、服务方式、组织形式、人员素质等方面的问题,从加强法律环境建设、加大政府支持、金融支持、创新服务方式、建立信息平台等方面提出了发展我国农业科技创新风险投资中介机构的建议。Agricultural science and technology innovation venture capital intermediaries developed on the basis of venture capital intermediaries and science and technology intermediaries,playing apivotal role in achieving the successful docking of agricultural sci-tech enterprises(items)and venture investment.In order to provide a reference for building and perfecting venture capital intermediaries of agricultural science and technology innovation,problems of service content,service mode,organizational form and personnel quality were analyzed after summarizing the current status and functions of agricultural science and technology innovation venture capital intermediaries.Meanwhile,suggestions for developing agricultural science and technology innovation venture capital intermediaries were proposed,such as strengthening the legal environment construction,increasing government support and financial support,innovating service mode and constructing information platform.
