摘  要:以6个甘蔗品种为材料,研究在人工干旱胁迫下对甘蔗保护酶SOD和POD活性、Pro及Chl含量等生理指标的影响,比较不同品种间的抗旱性差异。试验结果表明,干旱胁迫下,SOD活性变化分为3种类型,POD活性变化有4种类型;Chl和Pro含量变化在干旱胁迫下只有一种类型,Chl呈下降的规律,而Pro呈先增加后降低的规律;Chl与Pro呈显著正相关,与株高损失率呈显著负相关;株高损失率与其它5个生理生化指标呈负相关;云蔗04-241和桂糖11抗旱性强于其它4个品种。Effects of drought stress on physiological parameters SOD,POD,content of proline and chlorophyll in sugarcane leaf of six varieties were studied so as to understand the difference in drought resistance among these varieties.The results indicated that,firstly,under water stress conditions,activity of SOD showed thiee types,and activity of POD showed four types ; secondly,the content of proline and chlorophyll showed one type,the content of Pro first increased and then decreased,but content of Chl always decreases; thirdly,the relationship between Chl and Pro content was significantly positive correlation,but the relationship between Chl and Plant height loss rate was significantly negative correlation.The relationships between Chl and the other five physiological parameters were negative correlation; fourthly,the drought resistances of YZ04-241 and GT11 were stronger than the other four varieties.
