摘 要:为了研究吲哚乙酸(IAA)和赤霉素(GA)对甘薯产量及品质性状的影响,本试验以‘苏薯8号’、‘徐1901’和‘徐薯28号’甘薯种苗为材料,设置IAA浸根、GA3浸根和清水浸根(CK)3个处理,调查不同处理对茎叶产量、块根产量及其构成因素、T/R值以及品质性状的影响。结果表明,10 mg·L-1GA3或IAA对甘薯产量及品质性状的影响效应及其在不同类型品种间存在一定差异,IAA和GA3处理对甘薯地上部生长影响未达显著水平。与对照相比,GA3能够显著提高食用型品种‘苏薯8号’的块根烘干率、鲜薯淀粉和可溶性糖含量,降低其鲜薯蛋白质含量;显著增加高胡萝卜素型品系‘徐1901’的T/R比值,降低其单株结薯数,显著降低兼用型品种‘徐薯28’的薯干率。IAA能够显著提高‘苏薯8号’的块根烘干率,显著增加‘徐1901’的大中薯率,降低其单株结薯数,还可以显著减少‘徐薯28’的T/R比值。In this paper,using cultivars of sweet potato ‘ Sushu8',‘ Xu1901 ' and ‘ Xushu28' as tested materials,the effects of IAA and GA on the storage root yield and quality traits of sweet potato were studied with 3 treatments including cuttings soaking with indole-3-aeetic acid (IAA),gibberellins (GA) and water,and the yield of aboveground part,the yield of storage root,the yield-components,T/R value and main quality traits were analyzed.The results showed that the effects of 10 mg · L-1IAA or GA on the storage root yield and quality traits had some differences among the sweet potato varieties and on aboveground part growth of sweet potato were not significant.Compared with the control,for edible type of ‘ Sushu8',GA3 could significantly increase the dry matter content of its storage root,the starch and soluble sugar content in its fresh storage root,decrease the protein content in its fresh storage root,also increased T/R value,decreased the numbers of storage root per plant of high carotene type of ‘ Xu1901 ' and significantly decreased the dry matter content of storage root of dual-purpose type of ‘ Xushu28'.1AA could significantly promote the dry matter content of storage root of ‘ Sushu8',increase the rate of large and medium-sized storage root,decrease the numbers of storage root per plant of ‘ Xu1901 ' and decrease T/R value of ‘ Xushu28'.
