摘  要:利用常规抗性生理指标测定方法对青海省药用植物龙葵栽培前后抗氧化酶活性进行了研究。结果显示:①野生龙葵的抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT活性高于栽培的,其中野生和栽培龙葵中SOD和POD活性的差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),CAT活性的差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);②野生龙葵中丙二醛和可溶性糖含量明显高于栽培的;③野生龙葵叶片中的蛋白质含量显著低于栽培的,而前者果实中的蛋白质含量则极显著低于栽培中的。研究表明,栽培前后抗性生理指标的变化是青藏高原低温、低气压、强辐射等多种逆境生态因子长期作用的结果,是植物对生态环境的一种生理性适应。The antioxidases activity of Solanum nigrum with officinal herbs growing Qinghai province was studied by adopting conventional determination method of physiology indices before and after cultivation.The result showed that (i)the antioxidases activity of SOD,POD and CAT found in wild Solanum nigrum was higher than that in cultivated one,of which the difference of SOD and POD activity between cultivated and wild ones was significant (P <0.05),while the difference of CAT activity was extremely significant (P <0.01).(ii)The contents of malondialdehyde and soluble sugars in wild Solanum nigrum were obviously higher than that in cultivated one.(iii)The protein content in leaves of wild Solanum nigrum was significantly lower than that in the cultivated one,while the protein content in fruits of the former was very significantly lower than that in fruits of the later.The result revealed that the changes of resistant physiological indices before and after cultivation were the result by adverse environments including the low temperature,low air pressure,strong solar radicalization,etc.It was a kind of physiological adaption to ecological environments.
