摘 要:为了提高土壤样品中全磷和全钾含量的检测效率,研究了连续流动法在土壤全磷、全钾含量测定中的应用,对土壤样品的前处理条件和连续流动法测定土壤样品中全磷、全钾含量的回收率、精确度进行了试验,并与国标法的测定结果进行了比较.结果表明,采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系微波消解,连续流动法测定土壤样品中全磷、全钾含量较理想,连续流动法在土壤样品中全磷、全钾含量的检测效率及方法稳定性上具备优势.方法的相对标准偏差全磷在0.06%~2.28%、全钾在0.03%~1.66%;全磷、全钾的检出限分别为0.01、0.05 g/kg,平均回收率分别为99.7%、105.2%;该方法的测定结果与国标法无显著性差异.方法为土壤中全磷、全钾的检测提供了一种快速、高效的检测分析方法,对土壤中全磷、全钾大量样品的检测和快速指导生产具有现实意义.In order to improve the detection efficiency,the continuous flow analytical method was studied to determine the total phosphorus and total potassium content in soil.The pretreatment conditions of soil sample,recovery and accuracy of total phosphorus and total potassium with continuous flow analytical method were studied,and the measured results were compared to the national standard method too.The results showed that this method was more satisfactory and had a huge advantage in efficiency and stability to the traditional approach by using microwave digestion with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-high chlorine acid system.The relative standard deviations of measurement were from 0.06 % to 2.28 % for total phosphorus,0.03 % to 1.66 % for total potassium.The detection limits were 0.01 and 0.05 g/kg for total phosphorus and total potassium respectively,and the average recovery rate was 99.7 % and 105.2 %.Although these were no significant differences between this method and the national standard method,this paper also provided a fast,efficient detection method to detect total phosphorus and total potassium in soil.It had great practical significance to test the large number of sample and guide the agricultural production.
