人工栽培羊肚菌的鉴定

摘　　要：羊肚菌人工栽培已成功,但栽培的羊肚菌分类地位不明确。本文对人工栽培的羊肚菌进行了形态特征描述和ITS rDNA序列分析。结果表明,人工栽培羊肚菌为梯纹羊肚菌Morchella importuna,运用分子生物学技术进行鉴定,并与GenBank中下载的羊肚菌属种建立了系统发育树。Morchella has been successfully cultivated,but taxonomic status of the cultivated species is not clarified.In this paper,the morphological characteristics of cultivated Morchella were described,and its ITS rDNA sequence was analyzed.The result showed that the cultivated Morchella was identified to be Morchella importuna based on the morphological characteristics and molecular biological identification,meanwhile,its phylogenetic tree was constructed with ITS sequences of Morchella from GeneBank.
