众生丸治疗风热犯卫型流行性感冒的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】评价众生丸治疗风热犯卫型流行性感冒的临床有效性及安全性。【方法】将符合入组标准的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组31例给予众生丸口服,每次6丸,每日3次;对照组给予抗病毒口服液口服,每次10 mL(1支),每日3次,比较5 d疗程后的临床疗效,并观察治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。【结果】2组患者经5 d治疗后,在体温下降、症状好转及流感病毒核酸阴转方面均有明显疗效,2组间比较,在退热起效时间上治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),在体温下降、解热时间、症状评分下降及病毒核酸阴转方面,治疗组有优于对照组的趋势,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间2组均未观察到不良反应的发生。【结论】众生丸治疗风热犯卫型流行性感冒临床疗效确切,且临床安全性良好,相比抗病毒口服液,众生丸的退热起效作用更快。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhongsheng Pills for the treatment of influenza with the type of wind-heat attacking defensive system. Methods Sixty qualified patients were randomized into two groups. The treatment group had 31 patients and was treated with oral use of Zhongsheng Pills, 6 pills every time, three times per day. The control group had 29 patients and was treated with Antiviral Oral Liquid, 10 mL every time, three times per day. The therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups after a treatment course of 5 days, and the adverse reaction was also monitored during the treatment. Results After treatment, fever and other symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection were relieved, the rate of influenza virus nucleic acid turning negative was increased in both groups. The treatment group had better antipyretic effect than the control group（P〈0.05）, but the differences of body temperature decrease, antipyretic time, the decreasing scores of symptoms, and rate of influenza virus nucleic acid turning negative were insignificant between the two groups （P〉0.05）. No adverse reaction was found during the treatment. Conclusion Zhongsheng Pills is effective and safe in treating influenza with the type of wind-heat attacking defensive system, and it has the advantage of starting an effect quickly in comparison of Anti-viral Oral Liquid.
