手法配合小夹板治疗陈旧性下尺桡关节脱位疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】分析手法配合小夹板治疗陈旧性下尺桡关节脱位的疗效。【方法】对30例陈旧性下尺桡关节脱位患者行手法整复,予"L"型杉树皮夹板固定4～6周,术后随访6～12个月。【结果】所有患者均得到随访。30例患者腕部疼痛症状均消失或明显减轻,下尺桡关节功能恢复满意,X光片提示下尺桡关节对应关系好。【结论】手法配合小夹板治疗陈旧性下尺桡关节脱位,临床效果满意。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of manipulation combined with small splint fixation for the treatment of old distal radioulnar joint dislocation. Methods Thirty qualified cases admitted by Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated by manipulation reduction and then were fixed with small L-shape pine splint for 4-6 weeks. The therapeutic effect was evaluated in the follow-up period of 6 to 12 months after the reduction. Results All of the cases have got the follow-up. The results of follow-up showed that wrist pain in 30 cases disappeared or relieved, the distal radioulnar joint function recovered well, and the X- ray photography showed a good apposition. Conclusion Manipulation combined with small splint fixation exerts satisfactory therapeutic effect for the treatment of old radioulnar joint dislocation.
