摘  要:【目的】观察艾灸对运动性免疫抑制大鼠白细胞介素2-干扰素-自然杀伤细胞(IL-2-IFN-NKC)免疫调节网及白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的调节作用。【方法】采用长期大强度游泳训练法复制运动性免疫抑制大鼠模型。选用43只SD大鼠,随机分为3组:正常对照组、模型组、艾灸组。大鼠均进行每周6次,每次150 min,为期8周的游泳训练,艾灸组自第2周起每次训练后实施艾灸干预,检测大鼠体质量,血清r-IFN、IL-2、SIL-2R及血液NKC水平的变化。【结果】与正常对照组比较,模型组的IL-2、r-IFN水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),模型组大鼠体质量显著下降(P<0.01),SIL-2R水平显著升高(P<0.05),NK细胞水平也有下降趋势(P﹥0.05);艾灸组的r-IFN水平显著升高(P<0.05),SIL-2R水平显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】艾灸对运动性免疫抑制大鼠体质量、NK细胞的正向调节作用有限,但对IL-2的下降仍有一定的阻止作用,其作用机制可能与降低SIL-2R水平有关。Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion on interleukin-2-interferon-natural killer cells (IL-2-IFN-NKC) immunoloregulation network and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) of rats with exercise-induced immunosuppression. Methods Forty-three SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and moxibustion group. Rat model of exercise-induced immunosuppression was established by swimming exercise for 150 minutes, 6 times every week, lasting a training period of 8 weeks. From the second week, moxibustion group was given moxibustion treatment after the exercise. At the end of experiment, body weight and serum r-IFN, IL-2 and SIL-2R levels as well as NKC count were measured. Results IL-2, r-IFN and body weight were decreased and SIL-2R was increased in the model group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 compared with the normal control group), and NKC count showed a decreasing trend (P〉0.05). In the moxibustion group, r-IFN was increased (P〈0.05), and SIL-2R was obviously decreased (P〈0.01 compared with the model group). Conclusion The positive regulation of moxibustion on body weight and NKC count is limited, but moxibustion shows certain inhibition of the decrease of IL-2 in exercise-induced immunosunnression rats. and the therapeutic mechanism may he related with the decrease of SIK-2R.
