摘  要:介绍了南京格灵化工有限公司在电除尘器后安装板式换热器的生产实践。通过预热炉前风机来的空气回收炉气热能,既可增加中压蒸汽产量,又能减少净化工序清水消耗。3个月的生产实践表明,空气板式换热器运行良好,没有明显的传热系数下降现象。与2012年同期相比,蒸汽产量增加5.9%、净化工序清水消耗量降低10.6%。Production practice with a plate heat exchanger installed downstream of electrostatic precipitator in Nanjing Geling Chemical Co. ,Ltd is described. Preheating air from preroaster blower to recover heat of roaster gas can not only increase production of medium-pressure steam, but also reduce the consumption of clean water in cleaning section. Three months of operation showed that the plate heat exchanger was running well with no obvious decline of heat transfer coefficient. Compared with 2012, the steam production increased by 5.9% and the consumption of clean water in cleaning section decreased by 10.6%.
