摘　　要：本文从理论上阐述了完全醇解级PVA 难溶解的实质和PVA 快速溶解的机理,并在实验的基础上分析了温度、肥皂用量、pH 值对PVA 溶胀、溶解的影响,并介绍了PVA 快速溶解的方法。本方法既省时节能,又提高了调浆设备的利用率。The thesis theoretically elaborates the essence of the difficult dissolution of fullalcoholysised PVA,and the principle of its quick dissolving And on the basis of experiments,analyses are with respect to the effects of temperature,quantity of soap used and pH valueon PVA quick dissolving.The method introduced in this thesis can reduce the time of boilingin high temperature from traditional over three hours fo present 15 minutes,and thus greatlyreduces the time of size mixing.So this method can be used to save time,energy and raise theutilization of the size-mixing apparatus without increasing any investment in equipments.
