摘 要:摘要:对已获得的含高甲硫氨酸转基N大豆株系BX3—24、BX38—32、受体品种绥农147L对照品种合丰50进行产量性状、形态性状和品质性状等方面的农艺性状调查及统计学分析。结果表明,在单株荚数、百粒重、结荚习性、花色、叶形等方面,两个转基因大豆株系与受体品种和对照品种相比均无明显差异,而在株高方面,两个转基因大豆株系显著高于受体品种8~21cm;在品质性状上,与受体品种相比,两个转基因大豆株系蛋白含量有所下降。The agronomic traits, including the yield traits, morphological traits, and quality traits of the T8 generation of transgenic soybean with SCMRP gene BX3-24, BX38-32, receptor variety Suinong14 and CK variety Hefeng50 were investigated and analyzed statistically. The results showed that there was no obvious difference between the two genetically modified soybean lines and the receptor variety in pod number per plant, 100-seed weight, growth habit, color, and leaf shape. However, the plant heights of two transgenic soybean lines were higher than that of the receptor variety. And the protein content of the two transgenic lines was little lower than that of the receptor variety.
