摘 要:人工模拟条件下研究影响黄瓜霜霉菌卵孢子形成和生活力的因素。结果表明,对黄瓜霜霉菌卵孢子形成的影响因素依程度大小依次为温度、接触物、叶片成熟度和湿度;其中温度为4℃,相对湿度为90%,与土壤接触的底叶产生卵孢子的数量最多。通过噻唑兰(MTT)染色法对黄瓜霜霉菌卵孢子生活力(萌动率、休眠率和死亡率)进行测定。结果表明,温度、KMnO4、H2O2、叶组织液及土壤浸渍液对卵孢子的萌动率均有影响,其中以36℃高温、0.4%KMnO4、0.7%H2O2、叶组织液处理9 d和土壤浸渍液1 2处理9 d卵孢子萌动率最高,-20℃低温处理卵孢子的萌动率最低。The factors that affect oospore formation and vitality of Pseudoperonospora cubensis were studied under the artificial simulation conditions. The results showed that the significance of factors affecting oospores formation, arranged from high to low in tum, were temperature, contactant, leaf matudty and humidity. The number of oospores formation was the largest in the condition of 4 ℃, 90% relative humidity and rhizosphere leaf contact with soil. MTT staining was carried out to evaluate the vitality of oospores. The results showed that temperature, KMnO,, H202, leaf tissue fluid and soil maceration extract could significantly affect the germination rate of oospores. The highest germination rate was found in the condition of 36 ℃, 0.4% KMnO,, 0.7% H202, treated with leaf tissue fluid for 9 d and 1 : 2 soil maceration extract for 9 d. The lowest germination rate was found when treated the oospores at -20 ℃.
