摘 要:采用电热板消解-等离子体原子发射光谱测定香鳞毛蕨和对应产地土壤中无机元素含量,研究不同产地香鳞毛蕨中无机元素含量差异及无机成分间的关联性。结果表明,不同香鳞毛蕨产地Ca、Al、Fe含量普遍较高,且香鳞毛蕨对无机元素的吸收具有选择性,其中有6对元素的吸收表现出很好协同作用。该研究可为认识香鳞毛蕨药效物质基础提供参考。The contents of inorganic elements in D. fragrans and soil were determined by electric hot plate digestion-ICP-AES. The differences of inorganic components in D. fragrans L. Schott at different plots and the relevance among inorganic element components were investigated. The results showed that the content of Ca, AI and Fe was generally high, and D. fragrans had a strong ability of selective absorption to inorganic elements. There were synergistic effects between six pairs of elements in D. fragrans. This result would provide a scientific reference for understanding of medicinal com- ponents in D. fragrans.
