摘  要:以中国菟丝子种子为材料,研究了种子成熟度、植物生长调节剂、低温等因素对种子休眠解除的作用,结果显示:种子采收后30d进入休眠状态;在ABT生根粉200mg/L浓度下浸泡种子24h,对打破休眠有一定的作用,发芽率达33.0%;10℃低温贮藏30~40d,可以有效地解除种子休眠,发芽率最高可达66.9%;10℃低温贮藏40d后,再用浓度150~200mg/L的ABT生根粉浸泡种子24h,可使种子的发芽率、发芽势分别提高到85.2%、81.2%,且对实生苗的长势有促进作用。The author studied the effects of seed maturing, plant growth regulators and low temperature on the dormancy break up of China dodder seeds. The results showed that the seeds entered 7a dormant state on the 30th day after harvest, and it was helpful to dormancy breakup to soak the seeds in 200 mg/L ABT solution for 24 h, with the germination rate of 33.0%. Seed dormancy could be broken effectively by storing the seeds at 10 ℃for 30 - 40 days, and 66.9% of germination percentage could be achieved. When the seeds were stored at 10℃for 40 days, and then soaked in 150-200 mg/L ABT solution for 24 h, their germination rate and germination potential could be increased to 85.2% and 81.2% respectively, and their seedlings had better growth status.
