猪Lipin基因克隆及其组织分布的研究

摘　　要：采用逆转录PCR、电泳检测等方法，成功克隆得到了猪的Lipin1、Lipin2和Lipin3基因。这3个基因与小鼠的相应基因均具有较高的同源性，达83．2％～86．7％。组织分布结果显示：Lipin1广泛分布在猪的多种组织中，但Lipin2和Lipin3仅在肌肉、肺、回肠和睥中有分布。Abstract ： The genes Lipin 1, Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 in pig were successfully cloned by using the methods of RT - PCR and elec-trophoresis detection. The sequence of these three genes in pig had higher homology with that of the corresponding gene in mice, reaching 83.2% - 86.7%. The analysis of tissue distribution showed that Lipin 1 ubiquitously expressed in various pig tissues test ed, but Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 only expressed in the spleen, lungs, Ileum and muscle.
