摘  要:研究了在基础日粮中添加乳酸粪肠球菌及复合益生菌对山麻鸭产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加乳酸粪肠球菌组及添加复合益生菌组的总蛋重分别提高了1.19%和3.13%,料蛋比分别降低了4.73%和6.47%;这两组所产鸭蛋在蛋品质指标短径、蛋白高度方面均明显优于对照组。This experiment researched the effects of adding lactic acid bacteria Enterococcus faecalis and compound probiotics into basal diet on the laying performance and egg quality of cage reared laying ducks. The resuhs indicated that: in comparison with the control, adding Enterococcusfaecalis and adding compound probiotics raised the total egg weight by 1.19% and 3.13% re spectively, and reduced the feed egg ratio by 4.73% and 6.47% respectively; both the short diameter and the albumen height of eggs laid by the ducks in the above two experimental groups were significantly better than those in the control group.
