摘　　要：介绍圆盘式干化器及半干化污泥系统各辅助设备,详述圆盘式污泥半干化过程系统流程。以某工程为例,对半干化过程进行热量及物料平衡分析,并对污泥半干化过程运行成本进行测算。The disk drying device, sludge semi-drying system and various auxiliary equipments were inroduced. The flow of sludge disk semi-drying system was expounded. Taking one project as an example, the heat and mass balance during semi drying process was analyzed, and the operation cost of the process was calculated.
