摘 要:通过自制的静电纺装置成功纺丝得到具有一定捻度的纳米纤维纱。为探索最佳工艺条件,分别考察了溶液浓度、电压、流量、间距及转速等各工艺参数对制备纳米纤维纱的影响。实验结果得出静电纺纳米纤维成纱的最佳条件是:非对称静电纺,溶液浓度15%,流量0.3mL/h,电压20kV,两针头的间距19.5cm,针头(正极)与喇叭口间距5.5cm,针头(负极)与喇叭口间距7.5cm。提高喇叭口的转速对纳米纤维纱力学性能及均匀性均有所改善。This study obtains nanometer fiber yarn with a certain twist through successful spinning with selbmade electrospinning device. To explore the optimal process conditions, this paper respectively investigates the influence of technological parameters such as concentration, voltage, flow, interval and rotate speed on the preparation of nanometer fiber yarn. The experimental result shows that optimal conditions for resultant yarn of nanometer fiber with electrospinning are: asymmetric electrospinning, solution concentration 15%, flow 0. 3 mL/h, voltage 20 kV, interval between two needle heads 19. 5 cm, interval between needle head (positive pole) and horn mouth 5. 5 cm and interval between needle head (negative pole) and horn mouth 7. 5cm. Increasing the rotate speed of horn mouth can improve the mechanical property and uniformity of nanometer fiber yarn.
