摘　　要：采用万得系列活性染料和汽巴系列活性染料对真丝/棉织物进行拼色印花,讨论了碱剂品种和用量、蒸化温度、时间和湿度对印花织物同色性的影响,并测试了拼色印花织物的摩擦牢度及日晒牢度。试验结果表明:采用万得系列活性染料和汽巴系列活性染料混和拼色,配套使用自制的混合碱剂及印花糊料,形成稳定的印花色浆体系,可以有效解决真丝/棉交织物印花同色性和色牢度较差的问题,通过染料各组分用量的调整,基本满足印花色谱要求。This paper conducts printing of real silk/cotton fabrics with assorted colors using Wind series reactive dyes and Ciba series reactive dyes, discusses the influence of variety and dosage of alkaline agent, ageing temperature, time and humidity on homochromatism of printed fabrics and tests the fastness to rubbing and lighting of printed fabrics with assorted colors. The test result shows that using Wind series reactive dyes and Ciba series reactive dyes for color matching in combination with self-made blended alkaline agent and printing gum to form a stable printing paste system can effectively solve the problem of poor homochromatism and color fastness of printing of real silk/cotton interwoven fabrics and chromatography requirements of printing can be basically met through the adjustment of dosage of each component of dyes.
