使用优质胶辊胶圈稳定提高成纱品质的生产实践

摘　　要：随着现代纺纱技术的不断提升,对优质胶辊胶圈提高成纱产品质量,明确了新的发展方向。文章从纺纱技术进步,纱线结构变化、纱线成分变化、纺纱工艺变化,说明使用优质胶辊胶圈的重要性。文章还结合生产实际,围绕胶辊胶圈选型、制作保养、使用管理等措施,全面提高优质胶辊胶圈器材的综合使用性能,稳定提高成纱品质,展开了探讨与实践,指出应选择与企业自身产品相匹配的胶辊胶圈;胶辊的磨砺工作是胶辊制作的关键;胶辊要按期实行回磨,定期保养。With the constant improvement of modern spinning technology, the new development direction of improvement of yarn product quality with high-quality rubber covered roller and rubber gasket. This paper indicates the importance of using high-quality rubber covered roller and rubber gasket from spinning technical progress and change of yarn structure, components and process, conducts discussion and practice on the comprehensive improvement of overall use performance of high-quality rubber covered roller and rubber gasket equipment and stable development of yarn quality with such measures as model selection, production and maintenance and use management of rubber covered roller and rubber gasket and points out that rubber covered roller and rubber gasket matching with products of enterprises should be chosen. The hardening work of rubber covered roller is key to its production and it should be ground on schedule and maintained periodically.
