棉/Outlast空调纤维混纺纱浆料配方的优选

摘　　要：为有效降低棉/Outlast空调纤维混纺纱线的毛羽,配制出2种浆料配方,并测试了浆液性能.分别采用配制出的2种浆料配方对棉/Outlast空调纤维混纺纱线进行浆纱实验,测试了不同配方浆纱的各项性能.结果表明最优浆料配方为:磷酸酯淀粉40g,PVA30g,聚丙烯酸20g,油剂3g.In order to reduce the hairiness of the cotton/Outlast air-conditioning fiber blended yarn effectively,two kinds of size formula were prepared,and the performance of the size was tested.The two kinds of size formula were also applied to test the properties of cotton/Outlast air-conditioning fiber blended yarn.The best size formula is as follows：phosphate starch 40g,PVA30g,polyacrylic acid 20g.
