摘 要:新型复杂装备形成保障能力的过程更为复杂、制约因素更为多样、生成周期更为漫长、规律运行更为特殊,因而已成为世界性难题。为加速推进新型复杂装备形成维修保障能力,美军在优化维修保障体制、促进维修方式转型、改善维修力量构成、运用多种保障模式、强化维修保障训练方面进行的探索,对于我军加快推进新型复杂装备维修保障模式转型具有一定的借鉴和启示作用。For new-type complex equipment forming support capability ,the course becomes more complicated ,the restricted factors become more diverse ,the forming period becomes lengthy ,and the running rules become more special ,w hich make it that its support capability forming problem turns into a world puzzle .In order to improve new-type complex equipment forming support capability ,US army has a great try and explores numerous ways ,such as optimizing maintenance system ,accelera-ting maintenance way transformation ,enriching maintenance power composition ,using many support mode ,and consolidating maintenance training .On the basis of the above ,the paper discusses the in-spiration to our army new-type complexed equipment forming support capability .
