摘　　要：欧洲分阶段适应性导弹防御方案是美国全球导弹防御系统的重要组成部分。介绍了美国在欧洲部署分阶段适应性导弹防御系统的建立背景,概括了其新进展,阐述了其发展面临的国际、国内和技术3方面的制约因素,最后对其发展前景作了评析。The US European phased adaptive approach（EPAA） ballistic missile defense is an im-portant part of the global ballistic missile defense systems of the US .Firstly the background of build-ing EPAA is introduced .Secondly the progress of building EPAA ballistic missile defense system is summarized and the restricting factors which constrained the developments of the EPAA including in-ternational societies ,national public and technologies are analyzed .Finally ,the development fore-ground of the EPAA is simply drawn .
