摘　　要：目的分析慢性心力衰竭(慢性心衰)患者规范治疗的临床效果。方法选择2008年1月—2012年6月入住我院的慢性心衰患者176例,对患者的相关资料进行分析,记录其治疗方法、治疗结果、不良反应、随访1年后病情及明尼苏达心衰生活质量评分(LiHFe)。结果患者总有效率为100.0%;未出现严重药物不良反应;出院后1年发生心脑血管事件患者经过积极治疗均得到有效控制;规范治疗前LiHFe得分高于随访1年后(P<0.05)。结论规范慢性心衰患者的治疗,能提高临床效果及患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of standard treatment on chronic heart failure. Methods 176 cases of patients with heart failure were chosen from January 2008 to June 2012, and related information was collected, the pa- tient＇s underlying data were analyzed. Its treatment, treatment outcomes, adverse reactions, after 1 year the condition and qual- ity of life scores of Minnesota Heart Failure （LiHFe） were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 100.0% ; No serious adverse drug reactions oeeured ; 1 year after discharge patients with cardiovascular and eerebrovascular events had been effectively controlled after active treatment; LiHFe before standard treatment scored higher than after 1 year （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Standardize the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure, can significantly enhance clinical effect and the patients＇s quality of life.
