摘　　要：目的探讨应用荷包钳行腹腔镜直肠癌低位前切除术患者的围术期护理。方法选取我院直肠癌患者90例为研究对象,并将其随机分成2组,对照组45例行开腹直肠癌根治手术,给予常规护理;试验组45例则应用荷包钳行腹腔镜直肠癌低位前切除术,给予优质护理。观察2组患者围术期的护理并发症情况,并对2组的手术时间、出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、术后疼痛次数、住院时间等进行对比。结果试验组患者的总体疗效与护理效果比对照组更优,除了手术时间2组无显著差异外,其余各项指标2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用荷包钳行腹腔镜直肠癌低位前切除术的创伤更小,患者的恢复时间更短,结合优质的护理,可起到事半功倍的效果。Objective To observe the application of laparoscopic rectal pouch clamp low anterior resection and the efficacy of perioperative care. Methods 90 patients with rectal cancers were chosen for the study, and were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, 45 patients underwent open rectal cancer surgery given routine care; experimental group of 45 patients underwent laparoscopic clamp applied pockets low anterior rectal resection, was given quality care. Perioperative nursing complications were observed; and the two operative time, blood loss, intestinal function recovery time, postoperative pain, length of stay and other indicators were analyzed. Results The total curative effect and nursing effect was better in test group than that in the control group, in addition to the operation time, the rest of the indicators between the two groups was large, statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The wound is smaller by the application of laparoscopic clamp purse low anterior resection for rectal cancer,the patient＇s recovery time shorter, combined with high-quality care, which can get a multiplier effect.
