摘　　要：随着全球化和信息科技的迅猛发展,全球资本、信息、人才的流动加快,经济结构加速调整,产业转移与升级步伐加快,中国实现了从资本吸收大国到资本输出大国的巨大转变。重庆民营企业经过直辖十几年的发展,虽然"走出去"取得了新发展,但是也存在诸多急需解决的问题。本文分析了重庆民企"走出去"的现状,提出相应的对策建议,对进一步把握世界发展大势,整合资源,寻求商机,加强管理,规避风险,扩展市场,提升实力,实施好"走出去"战略,具有重要的现实意义。With the of global capital rapid development of globalization and information technology, and the accelera- , information, the flow of talent, the economic structure adjustment, the industri- al transfer and upgrading, China has achieved huge changes from the big capital absorbing country to the capital exporting country. Although the private enterprises in Chongqing have achieved new devel- opment after Chongqing becoming a municipality, there are also many other urgent problems. This pa- per objectively analyzed the status quo of private enterprises ＂going out＂ strategy, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which was important to further grasp the trend of world development, integrate resources, seek business opportunities, strengthen management, risk-averse, expand the market, enhance the strength, and implement ＂going out＂ strategy.
