1477例中老年人空腹血糖与相关指标的分析

摘　　要：为研究中老年人空腹血糖和相关指标的关系 ,对 1477名 40岁以上的中老年人的空腹血糖、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清尿酸、胰岛素、血压和体质指数 (BMI)等指标进行综合分析。结果显示 ,空腹血糖水平随年龄增长而升高 ,总胆固醇、血压和 BMI与血糖的交互影响有显著性意义 ;高血糖组人群的总胆固醇、血尿酸、血压和体质指数高于正常血糖组 ;血清总胆固醇、血尿酸、血压、BMI、年龄、腰围、臀围等因素与血糖水平呈正相关关系 ;多因素逐步回归法提示影响血糖的主要因素有年龄、BMI。In order to study the relationship between higher fasting serum glucose(FSG) and other related indexes in middle aged and elderly people,FSG,triglyceride,cholesterol,urate and insulin of serum,blood pressure and body mass index(BMI) of 1477 men and women over 40 years of age were analyzed.The results showed that the level of FSG rised with the increase of age.The relations between FSG and cholesterol,urate,blood pressure and BMI were significant.The levels of cholesterol,urate,blood pressure and BMI in the abnormal FSG group were higher than those in the normal FSG group.There were positive relationships between FSG and cholesterol,urate,blood pressure,BMI,age,waist and buttock circumferences.The factors related to FSG were age,BMI,cholesterol and diastolic pressure by stepwise regression.
