摘 要:在白钨矿的浮选中,常使用水玻璃为抑制剂.通过3种典型含钙盐类单矿物浮选试验,得到水玻璃对3种含钙矿物浮选性能的影响,为在生产实践中使用水玻璃作抑制剂提供了一定的理论基础.结果表明:水玻璃对3种含钙矿物有选择性的抑制作用,抑制能力大小顺序为:萤石>方解石>白钨矿.以江西某白钨矿为试验对象,使用OXB作为捕收剂,在闭路浮选流程中,获得含WO358.38%、回收率82.10%的精矿,验证了单矿物浮选试验的结果.Waterglass is used as inhibitors in scheelite flotation. The effects of waterglass on the flotation be-haviors of three typical calcium minerals were studied through pure mineral flotation tests, providing some theoretical basis for the use of waterglass as inhibitors in practice. The results showed that waterglass could depress these three typical calcium minerals selectively with the order:fluorite〉calcite〉scheelite. In the closed circuit flotation flowsheet with OXB functions as collector and a scheelite ore of Jiangxi as the test object, scheelite concentrate grading 58.38 % was finally obtained at recovery rate of 82.10 %, which verified the re-sults of pure mineral flotation tests.
