中医郁证(心脾两虚型)及其症状标准化研究方法探讨

摘　　要：借鉴西医学焦虑综合征的SAS量表和HAMA量表中收集症状资料的定量化、标准化方法 ,制定了中医郁证 (心脾两虚型 )的主观症状资料量表和客观症状资料量表。以三名中医专家对该证的共识诊断作为金标准 ,按判别分析法得到判别函数式和临界值 ,作为证的标准化研究方法 ;再由甲乙两名主治医师对该证的症状资料进行调查 。A subjective symptomatic material scale and an objective symptomatic material scale for TCM melancholia of both heart and spleen deficiency type, have been designed by the authors of this paper, by consulting the quantitative and standardization methods from SAS and HAMA, the two anxious syndrome scales in modern medicine for handling symptomatic materials.
