摘　　要：目的：探讨弓形虫对HPB—ALL细胞及CNE-2Z细胞增殖的影响。方法：取培养至对数生长期的HPB—ALL细胞和CNE-2Z细胞分别接种于96孔培养板中，加入不同浓度（1×10^4、2×10^4、4×10^4、8×10^4、16×10^4／mL）的弓形虫速殖子作用48h，MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率。结果：弓形虫对HPB—ALL细胞增殖抑制率依次为14％、20％、33％、38％和39％，除第1组外，其余4组的吸光度值与对照组比较．差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且实验3、4、5组吸光度值与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；弓形虫对CNE-2Z细胞增殖抑制率分别是4％、9％、16％、20％和23％，其中实验4、5组吸光度与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：弓形虫逮殖子对体外培养的HPB—ALL细胞和CNE．2z细胞增殖有不同程度的抑制作用．Objective： To investigate the effect of Toxoplasma gondii （ T. gondii） on HPB-ALL cells and CNE-2Z cell proliferation. Methods： HPB-ALL and CNE-2Z cells were harvested at logarithmic growth phase in 96-well plates and incubated with Toxoplasma tachyzoites at the concentrations of 1 × ,2× ,4× ,8 × and 16 × 10^4 for 48 hours, respectively. Proliferation inhibition rate was measured by using the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium method. Results ： Compared with control group, toxoplasma significantly inhibited the proliferation of HPB-ALL cells,as evidenced by the rate of 14% , 20% , 33%, 38% and 39% （P 〈 0.05 ） , with exception of group 1. Toxoplasma yielded the proliferation inhibition rate of 4% , 9% , 16% , 20% and 23% for CNE-2Z cells, respectively. The difference in light absorbance between groups 4 and 5 was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Toxoplasma tachyzoite inhibits the proliferation of HPB-ALL and CNE-2Z cells to various extents in vitro.
