广州地区11593名大学生吸烟行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市大学生吸烟行为现状及影响因素。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,于2012年5月对广州市6所高校在校大学生进行自填式问卷调查,并采用x^2检验和多因素Logistic回归对大学生吸烟行为的影响因素进行分析。结果:共调查11593人,大学生尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为23.98%、6.09%:吸第一口烟的行为发生在18岁以下占89.34%;平均每天吸烟量在2~5支的吸烟者比例最大,占19.32%。学校、家庭月收入、在校期间每月生活费、户籍所在地、饮酒情况、饮食习惯、家人吸烟情况、吸烟相关知识的知晓情况是男生吸烟行为的影响因素(P<0.05);而学校、在校期间每月生活费、饮酒情况则是女生吸烟行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:大学生吸烟行为的相关影响因素有多种,应综合影响因素采取有针对性的预防和控制措施,遏制烟草在青少年学生中的流行。Objective：To investigate the smoking behaviors and influencing factors among undergraduate students in Guangzhou. Methods： By stratified multi-stage cluster sampling, a self-filled questionnaire survey was conducted in 6 universities of Guangzhou in May 2012. Chi-square test and multivariable logistic regression analysis were conducted to investigate the influencing factors of smoking behaviors in undergraduates. Results ： Of the 11593 undergraduates investigated,the prevalence of beginner and current smokers was 23.98% and 6.09%. 89.34% had an initial tobacco use under 18 years of age. A predominance of smokers（ 19.32% ）had an average cigarette consumption of 2-5 bars per day. The influencing factors in males undergraduates included the level of university, family monthly income,living expenses per month in campus, residence, alcohol intake, dietary habits, number of family smokers and awareness of smoking-related knowledge （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. For female undergraduates, the factors comprised of the level of university,living expenses per month in campus and alcohol intake（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Multiple influencing factors related to smoking behaviors should be subjected to stringent and integrated preventative interventions that are targeted at averting the prevalence of smoking in undergraduates.
