摘  要:采用沥青与水泥的质量比为0.3的阴离子乳化沥青砂浆圆柱体试件,将其真空吸水饱和后经恒湿干燥法获得不同饱水度,再利用MTS 810疲劳试验机对基准试件和不同饱水度试件进行不同应力水平的疲劳试验,研究了水对水泥乳化沥青砂浆动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:与基准试件相比,吸水试件的极限疲劳强度显著降低,且饱水度越大,极限疲劳强度降低幅度越大;由于水泥乳化沥青砂浆中沥青相的动态黏弹性行为,使基准试件与吸水试件在不同应力水平下的应变均随着循环次数的增加而逐渐增大;基准试件的疲劳破坏形式为劈裂破坏,大多数为竖向裂缝,而在高频动荷载作用下吸水试件孔隙水形成超孔隙水压,对孔隙周围结构产生剪切作用,使其发生剪切破坏,裂缝呈倾斜状。The mortar specimens with a mass ratio of asphalt/cement as 0.3 were prepared with anion emulsified asphalt. After being saturated by water in the vacuum chamber, these mortar specimens in a constant humidity dryer were dried to certain moisture contents, respectively. The fatigue test was carried on the reference specimen and specimens with different saturation values by MTS 810 fatigue machine. Effect of water on the dynamic mechanical properties of cement emulsified asphalt mortar was investigated. The results show that the ultimate fatigue strength of the suction specimens decreases, compared to the reference specimen. The strain under a certain stress range increases with the increase of cycle number due to the dynamic viscoelastic behavior of asphalt in the specimens for both reference and suction specimens. The vertical fatigue cracks appear in the reference specimen, meaning the splitting failure, but the sloping cracks appear in most various saturation specimens, reflecting the shear failure due to the shear effect of excess pore pressure on the surrounding structure produced by a dynamic load at a high frequency.
