摘  要:用钕模拟三价锕系核素,研究掺钕钙钛锆石基钛酸盐组合矿物固化体的制备技术及性能,可为锕系放射性废物的安全固化处理提供理论基础。以ZrSiO4、CaCO3、TiO2、Al2O3、Nd2O3为原料,采用热压烧结制备掺钕钙钛锆石基钛酸盐组合矿物固化体。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、背散射二次电子像、能谱等分析手段,研究掺钕钙钛锆石基钛酸盐组合矿物固化体的制备工艺、物相组成、显微结构和晶粒(微区)成分。结果表明:热压烧结组合矿物固化体的主要晶相为钙钛锆石固化体,次要晶相是榍石和钙钛矿的固化体;热压烧结的较佳烧结条件为1 130℃、30 MPa保温2 h;固化体的相对密度为99.24%,晶粒细小,晶界不明显。The preparation technology and properties of titanate composite minerals doping neodymium were investigated with a neodymium simulating trivalent actinide to establish the foundation of the safety of the radioactive waste solidification processing. NdIII-doped zirconolite-base titanate composite minerals were prepared via a reactive hot-pressing of raw materials like ZrSiO4, CaCO3, TiO2, A1203 and Nd2O3. The titanate composite minerals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, backscattered electron and energy-dispersive spectroscopy, respectively. The results indicate that the main crystalline phase of the titanate composite mineral is zirconolite with sphene and perovskite as minor phases, and the titanate composite minerals with relative densities of 〉 99.24% are obtained by hot-pressing under a pressure of 30 MPa at 1 130 ℃ for 2 h. The grain of titanate composite minerals is smaller.
